ACOM Co., Ltd. ("ACOM") is our parent company and 100% shareholder (as of 31 May 2023). ACOM was established in 1978 and currently operates four main businesses:

About ACOM(M) Sdn. Bhd.

INTRODUCTION

ACOM(M) Sdn. Bhd. (“ACOM(M)”) was incorporated on 23 July 2021, as a wholly-owned subsidiary of ACOM Co., Ltd., a leading consumer finance company in Japan.

On November 2022, ACOM(M) obtained a moneylender license from KPKT and authorized to conduct the moneylending businesses by offering Personal Loans. In January 2024, KPKT has approved and certified ACOM(M) with Online Money lending Licensed. Permitted ACOM(M) to lead our business to online stage.

ACOM(M)’s strength comes from its parent company’s experience and expertise, not only in the Japanese loan business, but also our more than two decades in the Thailand personal loan industry, which has enabled us to win the top share of the local non-bank category. ACOM(M) will leverage those experience and expertise to offer high-quality personal loans to every customer in Malaysia.
